This comprehensive remodel transformed an underutilized basement into a sophisticated, multi-functional living suite. By reclaiming 728 square feetwe significantly expanded the home’s footprint to provide the family with the breathing room they were missing.

Our design focused on creating a seamless extension of the main level. The heart of the project is an expansive family room, complemented by a custom under-stair wet bar designed to maximize every inch for entertaining. Beyond the social spaces, we carved out a private bedroom and full bath, creating a self-contained sanctuary for guests. This Lynnhurst renovation proves that a home’s true potential often lies just beneath the surface.
